June 21st is our summer solstice, a day that historically has been celebrated by many cultures. In 1982, France began celebrating Fête de la Musique, a festival of music, each year on this date.

Make Music Day is now celebrated in over 1,000 cities, and York County will do so this year for the first time.

Free music events will be scheduled throughout the day! Look to participate as a leader or for free by attending!
